Keynote Speaker

Logan Masters, Wayne State College
Logan Masters is the head football coach at Wayne State College, entering his fourth season leading the Wildcat program. A former standout wide receiver at WSC, Masters was promoted to head coach in 2022 and has guided Wayne State to four straight seasons of seven or more wins, including a conference championship and NCAA Division II playoff appearance in his first season. Known for building consistent, competitive teams, he is a member of both the Wayne State Athletic Hall of Fame and the NSIC Hall of Fame and resides in Wayne with his wife, Amber, and their four sons.
Speakers

Reed Manstedt is the head football coach at Waverly High School where he led the Vikings to their first Class B state championship since 1980 with an undefeated season in 2025. Over his coaching career at Waverly, he has guided the program to multiple deep playoff runs and built a consistently competitive team.

Tim Clemenger is the head football coach at Papillion‑La Vista South High School in Papillion, Nebraska, where he has led the Titans to deep playoff runs and an 11‑2 2025 season with a top‑10 state ranking. Over his coaching tenure, Clemenger has built Papio South into a competitive Class A program and was recognized with a Huskerland Berens Coaching Award for his accomplishments.

Joe Pavlik is the head football coach at Wahoo Bishop Neumann High School in Wahoo, Nebraska, where he led the Cavaliers to the 2025 Class C-2 state championship. He has quickly established a winning culture and guided the program to success in his first season.

Zach Kubik is the head football coach at Shelby-Rising City High School in Shelby, Nebraska, where he has led the Tigers to competitive seasons and state playoff appearances in Class D1. Under his leadership, the program has developed a strong culture of toughness and consistency on and off the field.

Hayden DeLano is the head football coach at Deshler High School, where he leads the Dragons’ varsity program while also teaching middle school social studies. He brought years of head‑coaching experience from previous posts to Deshler and works to build a competitive culture for the team.

Mitch Engelken is the head football coach at Johnson-Brock High School in Johnson, Nebraska, where he has led the Eagles to a strong record and district championship success. Under his leadership the team has posted winning seasons and competed for playoff positioning in Class D1, building a competitive and disciplined program.

The Columbus Lakeview football staff, including assistant coach Jimmy Biggs and head coach Kurt Frenzen, lead the Vikings’ varsity program and will be hosting a Chalk Talk to share insights on football strategy and team development. Frenzen has guided Lakeview to multiple playoff appearances and district titles while Biggs contributes his expertise in coaching and player development.

SPEAKER COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $100 per speaking session. Speaker may bring one assistant coach to clinic free of charge.
